It has a telescoping lens that adjusts the low, medium or high beam from a concentrated spotlight to a wide angle floodlight and a strobe light for emergencies. It also has an adjustable, anti-slip strap and the actual lamp pivots to ensure that the light is pointing where it's needed. It includes 3 AAA batteries.
