Description
The POE-ELV-STR provides elevator access control to a single elevator cab for up to 8 floors. Can be expanded to two cabs with up to 64 floors (split in intervals of 8) with the addition of 7 x POE-IO-EXP8PCB IO expansion boards. Additional enclosure (PoE_ENCL_ST) required when controlling more than 32 floors. LCD screen can be used for diagnostics, troubleshooting, network configuration. Utilizing a solid-state design; this controller is difficult to break and easy to learn.
Functionally the credential holder will present their credential to a reader mounted in the elevator cab. The POE-ELV-STR will then activate/deactivate relays or Inputs to enable access to specific elevators floors based on floor/user schedules via relay connection to elevator PLC/controller.
Elevator access controller connects to PROTECTOR.Net software deployed locally/remotely, hosted by the integrator or Hartmann Controls Corp cloud-based hosting.
